What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Sales Development : Develop and execute sales strategies and plans based on market needs, customer insights, and field interactions.
  • Business Growth : Generate new business in target areas while growing and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Complex Negotiations : Manage high-level negotiations with senior executives, ensuring long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and sustain rapport with clients, strengthening long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • CRM Management : Utilize CRM tools to follow up on client satisfaction, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Market Insight : Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and feedback to guide sales efforts and identify opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across teams to address diverse perspectives and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : Minimum 4 years in software sales, with a focus on B2B SaaS and experience in complex, high-stakes negotiations.
  • Sales Skills :
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and rapport.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM systems for client management and tracking satisfaction.
  • Adaptability : Ability to listen to various perspectives and demonstrate flexibility in approach.
  • Market Awareness : Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the compliance space.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and spoken English for effective client engagement.
