As a Sustainability Director , you will have the opportunity to lead the development of long-term Sustainability Strategy.

What You’ll Do for Us :

• Support Operating Unit Senior Director, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability (PACS) in designing the strategy and bringing the strategy to life.
• Lead the implementation of Operating Unit sustainability strategy and ensure consistency in key pillars across all franchises.
• Execute and integrate Agile practices across Sustainability projects, spearheading the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the PACS teams.
• Support Franchise teams in Sustainability Initiatives in alignment with our LRP (Long Range Plan) and ABP (Annual Business Plan).
• Lead negotiations with bottlers’ teams in sustainability plans alignment and investment, support Franchises ensuring System Sustainability Plans are implemented as agreed.
• Work in strong collaboration with technical team to ensure a flawless plans implementation that will lead us towards our Long-Term goals.
• Work in collaboration with technical team to comply with the Global & OU reporting processes.
• Own the reporting process in PACS Sustainability to the OU & Global teams.
• Lead the Sustainability-related policy and advocacy in Collaboration with the OU & local Public Policy teams, with focus on driving favorable legislation framework on Circular Economy and Packaging waste management, Climate resilience, Water stewardship, Women and Youth Economic inclusion.
• Lead the process with The Coca-Cola Foundation on the OU funding and grants approval, implementation and monitoring, as per the TCCF strategic impact area and OU social impact strategy.
• Support PACS and Commercial OU & franchise teams in implementing Sustainability- related programs and activations with customers.
• Work in collaboration with External Communications teams to provide positive content, used to amplify and help promote Corporate Reputation.
• Lead and Identify Sustainability Capability Building Opportunities Across Operating Unit including bottling partners ecosystem.
• Define and monitor OKRs and KPI´s across the Operating Unit, related to key sustainability priorities and WTMM (Work that Matters Most).
• Identify external trends and innovation in Sustainability, applicable to the OU and engage with stakeholders within Sustainability ecosystem across the OUs, creating a strong network with critical allies
