Job Description

Participate in engagement teams focused on CFO Advisory services, including global conversion services such as IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial close processes, finance function process improvements, budgeting, forecasting, and the design of management reporting.

Provide business consultancy in ERP implementations and accounting support projects.

Assist in the sale of advisory engagements within a fast-paced environment.

Offer clients effective and efficient recommendations to enhance the value of the engagement for their organization.

Strengthen relationships with both current and prospective clients of the firm.

The Successful Applicant

University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, from a reputable university.

At least 5 years of experience in audit and / or finance advisory.

Preferably, experience in financial controlling and reporting within the non-financial sector.

Strong knowledge of IFRS is required, with US GAAP knowledge considered a plus.

SMMM, CMA, or ACCA qualification is an asset.

Experience in developing business strategies and solutions that drive growth.

Experience in ERP transformation projects is an asset.

Experience in consolidation management is an asset.

Strong analytical and process analysis skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project management experience and well-developed supervisory skills.

Commercial awareness and ability to navigate new situations.

Strong interpersonal and report writing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Ability to take responsibility, manage priorities, and delegate tasks efficiently.

Capacity to take ownership of a project and ensure its successful execution.
