BBN Airlines Türkiye is looking for a Chief Financial Officer , based in Istanbul, Türkiye.

BBN AirlinesTürkiye is an Avia Solutions Group Family airline, providing ACMI and charter services, based in Istanbul and Antalya. Established in 2023, the airline operates a combined fleet of 12 Airbus A320 & A321 passenger and cargo aircraft, offering clients services to 59 countries and 176 destinations. During the year 2024, BBN Airlines operated more than 20 thousand block hours and carried 1.5 million passengers. Company employs nearly 300 employees and have ambitious plans for adding B777-300ER freighters to its fleet in the short term.

Avia Solutions Group is offering an engaging role for an experienced CFO to join the BBN Airlines Türkiye Leadership team. Participate in the company’s strategy creation and operations development. Provide strategic leadership and be responsible for the company’s finances, business planning, budgeting, reporting, and all day-to-day financial management.

What are you going to do as CFO :

• Manage the company’s financial planning and forecast;
• Prepare operational and strategic budgets;
• Establish and report financial and business KPIs;
• Manage preparation of Local GAP and IFRS standard reporting to Group and authorities;
• Report to Group on Financial and Business KPIs;
• Ensure daily cash flow management and liquidity strategy;
• Manage local accounting and finance teams, and ensure proper internal financial control routines;
• Be a ‘hands-on’ CFO, develop the Finance team, cooperate with the Management team;
• Participate in Group Financial ERP and BI projects.
