Senior Product Manager - Identity & Core

Shape the Future of Identity and Core Platform at Camunda. Define and drive the vision for our Identity components and contribute to the evolution of our core platform. As a senior product leader, you’ll enable authentication, authorization, and user management to be seamless and secure across Camunda’s ecosystem. This strategic, highly technical, and hands-on role focuses on platform scalability, governance, and enterprise-grade security. You’ll collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure the core platform is extensible and ready for long-term success. You’ll deliver intuitive identity experiences for developers and enterprise administrators, helping customers orchestrate processes confidently and securely—whether using Camunda in the cloud or on-premises.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on Identity and related core platform components.
• Manage feedback from communities, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation in data handling, identity and access management, and security across Camunda's product portfolio.
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests and align them with strategic goals.
• Keep the core Identity team equipped to work on the appropriate epics.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams; assess Camunda demand, market differentiation, and the competitive landscape.

Compensation

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth :
