We are looking for a Senior Technical Services & Projects Manager to lead critical operations at our Lüleburgaz production site, covering both Medical Nutrition and Dairy categories.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Factory Director, you will be responsible for the entire factory’s technical services and investment projects, ensuring operational excellence across all product categories.
• Leading and developing three direct reports : Automation Manager, Maintenance Manager, Utility & Solar Systems Manager.
• Overseeing all maintenance, automation, utilities, and energy systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Managing CAPEX and investment projects from feasibility to execution, aligned with business priorities.
• Driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including solar energy systems and utility optimization.
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to support continuous improvement and innovation.
