About the Role
At KONE, we are dedicated to improving the flow of urban life. As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in proactively managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that maximize our order book and profitability. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on building trust, driving results, and contributing to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
Strengthen KONE’s position in your customer base and market area.
Generate and share leads and opportunities across the sales team (cross-selling).
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with the KONE team.
Maintain accurate customer and contact information.
Drive leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budgets and pricing targets.
Validate customer orders to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, quality, and safety standards.
Ensure smooth handover to installation, maintenance, and engineering teams with complete information.
Keep detailed records of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
Provide timely and accurate reporting.
Support finance in payment collection.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Native Turkish is a must, and a good level of English is preferred
Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B sales,
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships.
Customer-focused mindset, ensuring satisfaction and taking responsibility for customer issues.
Proactive in information seeking, asking the right questions and utilizing available resources.
Persuasive communicator, able to present compelling arguments and handle objections effectively.
Demonstrated drive and persistence, maintaining motivation and overcoming obstacles to achieve goals.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, managing time, tasks, and resources systematically.
Proven ability in customer contacts, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Basic understanding of contractual and financial terms.
Active driver.
Living in Ankara.
