Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Define and execute the strategic vision for the Experience Areas Business Unit, aligned with INFINIA’s broader goals and evolving client needs.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, design, production, and operations to deliver immersive and high-impact experience projects.

Develop and launch experience-driven physical and digital spaces, ensuring creative excellence, technical feasibility, and commercial success.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, creative collaborators, and experience design vendors.

Drive business growth by identifying new sectors (e.g., entertainment, museums, defense, retail, education) and expanding INFINIA’s experience portfolio.

Take ownership of the business unit’s P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the sales team, business development team, project management team and technical team to shape compelling proposals, support key accounts, and close strategic deals.

Represent the business unit in executive briefings, client presentations, and industry events.

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in experience design, exhibitions, interactive environments, or creative technology sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, especially in project-based or creative services industries.

Deep understanding of interactive technologies, user experience design, and the integration of digital / physical storytelling tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy, manage complex proposals, and deliver results aligned with revenue and creative KPIs.

Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both internal and client-facing settings.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
