Planning Method Engineer

İş tanımıPlan the workforce needed for product shipment and packaging according to production plans and review the methods determined in business processes. Organize the daily activities of the teams working in product shipment and packaging to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Track the working hours of subcontractor companies and report to management. Prepare daily updates and performance reports related to product shipment and packaging processes. Develop, manage, and monitor established processes, ensuring continuous improvement. Conduct time studies to optimize operational workflows and implement process improvements. Work closely with the Planning Manager and subcontractor team leaders to ensure seamless coordination with operations.
Array
- Preferably a graduate of Engineering faculties, especially Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in subcontractor management and planning, preferably in a similar industry
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge about MS Office Applications
- Quality-oriented, task-conscious
- Open to change and development
- Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills
- Good in planning & organization, problem solving & decision making
