HEAD OF MEDICAL

Lead the development and execution of the country medical strategy,

Manage and develop the local medical affairs team,

Build and maintain strong partnerships with KOLs and scientific communities,

Oversee advisory boards, clinical activities, and local evidence generation,

Ensure full compliance with regulatory, ethical, and internal standards,

Contribute strategically to product launches and collaborate closely with global / regional medical teams,

Act as the medical lead within the Turkish affiliate, actively participating in cross-functional leadership discussions.

Array

Medical degree (MD) is required; medical specialization is a strong advantage,

Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, ideally in rare diseases or specialty care,

Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams effectively,

Strong understanding of the Turkish healthcare ecosystem, regulatory framework, and compliance requirements,

Fluent in both Turkish and English,

Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and excellent communication skills.
