As the Head of Growth, we are looking for a talented leader who will define and implement the company's growth strategies. You will collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, and product teams to develop innovative, data-driven strategies aimed at customer funnel management and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities through data analytics and market research.
Responsibilities
Design and manage campaigns to increase customer acquisition, retention, conversion rates and revenue growth
Ensure a holistic growth approach through collaboration within the team and stakeholders
Define growth metrics and provide regular reporting
Optimize customer journey with retention & engagement tools and actions
Reach your customers effectively by utilizing in-app and out-app tools
Prepare budget forecasts and track relevant budget items to ensure effective resource allocation
Define and implement cross domain strategies as having SuperApp
Disregard the existence of the box when finding solutions
Requirements
8+ years of experience in segment / base / CRM management, consultancy or strategic planning
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies
Experience with budget forecasting and financial tracking is preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics
A personality that rejects and questions established practices
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
