İş tanımıMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, serving as a point of contact for all import-related inquiries and issues Develop strategies for improving import processes and increasing efficiency Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics and finance Creating effective solutions to operational problems Coordinating with customs brokerage firms. Arranging the necessary logistics for shipping products abroad. Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any shipment delays or issues. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures for exports and imports. Prepare necessary documents in compliance with customs regulations and customer requirements. Manage resource allocation, including personnel, budgets, and tech. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality. Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

A successful Operation Manager should have :
- A degree in logistics, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in retail logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics software and IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A supportive company that encourages professional growth.
