Import Operations & Customs Responsible

İş tanımıBachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import / export operations Proficiency in import / export documentation and procedures Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes Fluency in English, both written and verbal Advanced communication skills Office programs & SAP
Job Description
- Manage and monitor all import operations and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up every shipments until to delivery to warehouse
- Arrangement and finalizing of the customs clearance of the products
- Obtaining & arranging the necessary documents , forwarding to the Customs Agent and detailed follow-up of the customs procedures
- Follow up Customs & Tax regulations
- Follow up payment with Finance Department ( tax, supplier invoices etc..)
