Field Service Technician - İzmi

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who is located in İzmir to work as a member of Epiroc Turkey, Parts and Service Division. The position will be reported to the Epiroc Turkey Service Team Leader.

Responsible for

Perform daily task assigned by supervisor.

• Load and unload, at the customs area, the machinery ordered by the customers,
• Perform start-up of products purchased by customers, give necessary training to machine operators and maintenance team of the customer, and start the warranty process,
• Fix product malfunctions that fall within the scope of his / her authority, remotely or on-site, and carry out required periodic maintenance,
• Perform maintenance of equipment at the customer's site based on information received from his superior or personally obtained through the on-site diagnosis of the failure, and in advance of the work pick up the necessary tools and equipment required to perform the maintenance,
• Forward the incoming service / maintenance requests made by the customer,
• Inform his superior of the complaints etc. lodged by the customers,
• Actively and regularly use up-to-date programs (MAM, Synchroteam, Techinfo etc.) required during the installation, maintenance, technical service etc. phases,
• Start the work allocated by the electronic work order (MAM, Sychroteam), start the process for returning the non-used parts to the warehouse, have the signature of the customer to complete the work, inform his superior before leaving the customer's site,
• Identify the spare parts and material that caused the malfunction, check the related spare parts list to find the materials, and inform his superior of the request for proposal,
• Issue technical reports for malfunctioning products,
• Carry out assembly of original spare parts entrusted to him within the scope of maintenance and troubleshooting works, at Epiroc workshops and / or operation sites / workshops outside Epiroc, conduct tests, record performance measurements, and return the products to the customer in operating conditions after completing the maintenance and fixing any malfunctions,
