Job description

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Antalya Türkiye. They will oversee the legal aspects of our business.

This role is mainly responsible for all the contracting of Türkiye operations covering all MTS Globe Türkiye agreements. They shall also be responsible for litigation management and monitoring / auditing external law firms.

The role will only work within the company.

About the role

• Provide legal advice to the business units or business managers about contracting,
• Follow up on litigation matters in-house or via external law firms,
• Manage contract template repositories,
• Maintenance of related guidelines, policies, and work instructions,
• Manage labor law and employee-related issues in collaboration with the HR Department,
• Manage and implement the litigation database and contract management system,
• Monitor and follow up on the amendments to the relevant legislation and inform the departments.
• Conducting litigation processes and providing legal advice to affiliated companies.
