What You Will Do :
- Provide administrative support to include but not limited to answering phones, maintaining the filing system and databases, data entry, visitor support and PC equipment management
- Write and edit executive-level correspondence
- Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements including expense / travel reporting
- Verify and archive documentation
- Supervise overflow of documents
- Settle business trips
- Cooperate cross-team with Finance, Legal , HR departments in company`s headquarters in Poland
- Perform other related duties as required or requested
