Key Responsibilities :

• Reservation & Ticketing : You will manage reservations and ticketing in the systems (Amadeus, Sabre), ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Customer Service : Assist customers and travel agencies with their ticketing inquiries via phone and email, offering tailored solutions and great service.
• Market Growth : Beyond reservations, you’ll play a role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in market expansion.
• Event Support : Participate in trade fairs, seminars, roadshows, and events, helping to promote the company and strengthen customer relationships
