WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For our plant in  Konya  we are looking for an Engineer   Maintenance Manager reporting to the Technical Manager,  and will have the following responsibilities : Managing, coordinating, and supporting the Maintenance Team, managing priorities, and addressing critical issues to ensure maximum production efficiency Ensuring the conformity and punctuality of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and servicing of molds, machines, and equipment, defining in advance strategies to devise a suitable production plan and maximize machine uptime Ensuring support and cooperation in the optimization of production processes and industrialization (including the installation of new lines) Ensure that critical spare parts are readily available and operational on the shop floor Develop and use KPI measurements to promote continuous improvement in production Experience : Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems Experience as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing companies.

PLUS : Knowledge of plastics technology (Extrusion Blow Molding and Stretch Blow Molding) Education and Skills : Engineering graduates from related fields Excellent computer skills; Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes Skilled in evaluating complex data to support decision-making   📍 This position is based in Konya.

Applicants must reside in Konya.
