JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREDBUSINESS ACUMEN

  • Developing a growth &margin-oriented sales strategy focused both on lucrative financial gain andcustomer satisfaction upon.
  • Managing the daily tasks,follow-ups and practices of a number of Account Managers in order to achievesales & business targets.
  • Ensuring effective customer relations by visiting with sales team.
  • Managing annual budget withregards to inventory, working capital and turnover.
  • Realizing sales targets &objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions andterritories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and newproducts.
  • Managing suppliers in regards ofproducts-base sales initiatives and targets; by the understanding of protecting& committing the general values and expecttaions of the company.
  • Increasing the value of existingcustomers while attracting new ones in regards of changing expectations, marketfacts and company policies and targets while planning and overseeing newmarketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining sales volume, productmix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changingtrends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operation,monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics.
  • Delivering accurate salesforecasts on a periodic basis and establishing / managing financials for thebusiness area.
  • Creating an effective & inspiringteam environment with an open communication culture of setting clear team goalsby delegating tasks and deadlines via reporting to Business Manager and to thetop, Director.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Food Eng.,Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably from reputableuniversities.
  • Fluency in English and excellentnumeric and financial-reinterpretation skill set.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to maintain long-lastingrelations in customer management with excellent communication and processmanagement skills.
  • Strong commercial outlook and asales approach to sales management.
  • Demonstratable ability to deliverresults during uncertainty, despite changes and ambiguity.
  • Proactively helping understandtowards the others and responding to their business needs to build strongworking relationships.
  • Pro-active self-starter, willingto accept responsibility for business tasks.
