As Growth Lead, you will :

• Craft and execute a data-driven country strategy that establishes nsave as a leading FinTech in Turkey, ensuring our presence resonates with local customers.
• Own user acquisition strategies, including paid media campaigns, referral programs, and customer conversion funnels. Proactively optimise retention and ROI while identifying insights that drive growth.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and solve challenges that impact conversion rates and user experience.
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to derive insights, track performance, and make data-backed decisions that fuel growth.
• Track KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to enhance our growth strategies and position us as leaders in the market.
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions shape the future of nsave in Turkey.
