Job description
We are seeking a High Voltage (HV) Systems Engineer to join our growing engineering team and support cutting-edge automotive projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, integration, testing, and validation of HV electrical systems in compliance with European automotive standards .
This position requires a hands-on engineer with a strong background in electrical and electronic systems , tools such as CANalyzer , and experience with requirement management processes .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate high-voltage systems for electric vehicles
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and architectures
- Utilize tools such as CANalyzer for diagnostics and system analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, validation, quality) throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and track system requirements using industry-standard tools
- Ensure compliance with European automotive standards and safety regulations
- Report failures and contribute to problem-solving activities during system development
- Adapt to flexible working hours as required by the project needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering2+ years of experience in the automotive industry , preferably in electrical / electronic system design, validation, or SSH rolesWorking knowledge of CAN tools (e.g., CANalyzer )Experience with requirement management tools and processesProficiency in MS Office applicationsStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skillsIntermediate level of English (written and spoken)Knowledge of European automotive electrical standardsSolid understanding of vehicle high-voltage (HV) architectureWillingness to work in flexible and dynamic project environmentsIf you're passionate about automotive innovation and want to be part of the transformation toward electrified mobility, we welcome your application!
