Facility & Energy Executive

We are looking for a Facility & Energy Executive to join our team. The rol will be for our office located in Kocaeli,Turkey. This role focuses on increasing efficiency and quality, developing team members, and standardizing and optimizing operations to meet—and exceed—technical, operational, financial, health, and safety goals.

Your Responsibilities :

• Complies with relevant legal regulations, national and international standards.
• Follows and complies with updates regarding company policies, procedures, principles and instructions. These procedures are not limited to engineering procedures only, but also include policies, procedures and instructions of all relevant processes such as health, safety, environment, finance, operations and law that concern the equipment and the team.
• Follows the updates on targets and key performance indicators related to Technical Facilities and Energy.
• Takes necessary actions to achieve and exceed Maintenance, Repair and Energy targets.
• Takes the necessary actions to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are carried out in a timely, effective manner, in accordance with the work technique and procedures in order to achieve the maintenance completion rate, accessibility and usability targets.
• Ensures that maintenance and repair activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner in accordance with the work technique and procedures in order to achieve energy consumption and emission targets.
• Conducts all its work within the framework of health, safety, financial, technical and operational targets and constraints.
• Takes actions to ensure continuity of liquid operations.
• The targets and key performance indicators are not limited to the above, and it takes the necessary actions to achieve all targets determined by the company.
• When necessary, carries out the duties of the Technical Facility and Energy Manager, Specialist and Supervisors.
