Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Increasing the efficiency of hose production by improving existing machinery and production lines or creating new standardized production methods
- Examining and analyzing production methods, processes, and operations, and proposing possible changes for continuous improvement
- Conducting budget research for new projects and processes, monitoring project progress, and overseeing the implementation of new line installations
- Monitoring PMS metrics on a daily and monthly basis and providing engineering solutions for improving metrics at points of continuous improvement along with relevant functions
- Preparing, publishing, and storing all production process requirements and revisions
- Establishing efficient working relationships with support functions for process monitoring
- Supporting the implementation of quality control procedures that benefit product quality
- Ensuring the accuracy of routes in the ERP system (SAP knowledge preferable) .
- Organizing the implementation of all changes in processes in accordance with company procedures and ensuring the completion of MCO processes for changes under own leadership (TeamCenter knowledge preferable) .
- Utilizing problem-solving and quality process techniques such as 8D, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or Chemical EngineeringMinimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing EngineeringProficiency in Continuous Improvement, LEAN practices, and Lean Manufacturing Techniques (at least 5S+, VSM, SW)Ability to analyze CAD and similar drawing programs, along with necessary correctionsProficiency in project management and operations flowStrong problem-solving skillsNative in Turkish, Fluent in EnglishEmployee Benefits
