We want you to :

• Analysis & follow up Europe & Domestic field claims
• Joint investigation with suppliers for part r / cause analysis & improvements
• Prepares various reports about quality issues, test and improvement studies
• Makes the necessary interventions to solve technical problems
• Follows up corrective & preventive activities
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
