GetirFinance operates within Banking as a Service model, having established partnerships with players at banking sector.

Latest News : Türkiye İş Bankası has invested 50 million US dollars in GetirFinance. This investment has enabled Türkiye İş Bankası to participate in supporting the banking services of GetirFinance and, simultaneously, to own a 20% stake in GetirFinance through its venture capital fund, of which it is the main investor. With this investment, GetirFinance is set to reach a valuation of million US dollars even before commencing its operations.

Key roles and responsibilities

You will :

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high level perspective, including but not limited to : recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development plans, talent development and offboarding
• Implement best practices in talent attraction under your area of responsibility
• Coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
• Support the management team in people related topics, gather employee insights, advise the proper course of action on people challenges
