Senior AI Lead

We are now looking for a Senior AI Lead to join our Advisory team. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strategic leadership, and hands-on project implementation experience to drive innovative AI solutions for our clients.

Qualifications :

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution. A Master's or in a relevant field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and traditional AI techniques.
• Extensive hands-on experience with generative AI , large language models (LLMs) , and their commercial applications.
• Proven experience in architecting AI solutions , including designing, deploying, and scaling ML / DL models in complex environments.
• Strong command of Python , R , and other programming languages commonly used in data science.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , Keras , and scikit-learn .
• Demonstrated experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and ML model deployment and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing , feature engineering , and model optimization .
• Proven track record in end-to-end project implementation , from requirements gathering to model deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English ; strong communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers.
