We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management, Snacks Trade Spend Manager join our Revenue Growth Management team based in Istanbul and will directly report to Revenue Growth Strategy Senior Manager.

Responsibilities
- Design, define and see through execution for course correction in the Snacks Net Revenue Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix RGM levers, working closely with Snacks Category teams, BU Commercial teams and Sales / Sales finance teams
- Design, define and see through execution for course correction category Strategic Plan Revenue Algorithm defining the 3-5 year Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix strategy that is fully integrated with commercial levers
- Define strategy and dealing guidelines across all D&A spend; including but not limited to Trade Promotions and CDA; to drive pay for performance
- Make sure that Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix address internal, consumer, customer and competitor objectives
- Work with Marketing teams to agree Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix for new product launches
- Design, define and see through execution for course correction of Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix agenda for “Revenue Council”; ie; step back review of in market and commercial performance
- Lead deep-dives to fully understand and address performance (by product / account)
- Support RGM capability agenda within the finance and commercial functions
- Define course-correcting actions from bespoke projects / performance deep-dives
Qualifications
Deep experience in revenue management and / or consumer research techniques : Deep analytical expertise, financial / P&L competency, consumer research experience, Conjoint experience, elasticity measurement techniquesInsights & agency experience across both Shopper & ConsumerExperience with big data techniques desired, but not essentialAbility to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms & build compelling presentations & professional communications (in English language)Strategic thinking skills – ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for executionCommercial Acumen – Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and strong analytical and Excel skillsSelf starter – able to drive progress in an ambiguous environmentStrong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targetsChange management – leading large scale change throughout levels of an organizationCan articulate complex issues in an easy to understand way
