Valeo Thermal Commercial Vehicles is looking for a Supply Chain PTM  to be based in  İstanbul / Esenyurt Plant.

Your challenges?

You are responsible for analysis of the whole supply chain from suppliers, through internal flow, to customers.

You manage supply chain activities to support P1 / P0 new products and  contact suppliers and customers to set up new flows of components & control existing ones.

You follow & reach project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up)

You define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System.

You define Supply Chain concepts & make quotations and detailed Supply Chain solutions.

You support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI / Web EDI)

You continuously improve and optimize the packing material designs and logistics transport routings.

You anticipate problems in the whole supply chain & take appropriate corrective action.

You track inventory level , Customer Service Rate & proposing corrective actions to achieve required level.

You improve existing Supply Chain standards using Kaizen methodology.

You monitor the Supply Chain KPIs related to the project (CSR, stocks, transport costs) , including the risk of obsolescence due to changes during the new project introduction phase.

You support Sales Administration and Production Planning and make sure all planning is aligned.

You support all activities with the purchasing department in terms of pre-series materials and serial material revisions.

Let's talk about you...

You are a graduate of Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or similar field of engineering with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in this area.

Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English.

You are a strong team player.

You are able to work on a highly changing environment and keep your motivation at high levels.

In addition...

Experience in SAP knowledge is a plus.
