Key responsibilities
Software Applications Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and developer of all Power Platform products / applications, including Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI as well as Sharepoint,
- Design, build, configure and maintain end-to-end customs shop floor apps and systems in Power Platform solutions (especially model-driven / canvas PowerApps) needed to support critical business processes and strategies,
- Employ a variety of data modeling techniques to create, update, and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver insightful, actionable analytics that drive organizational decision-making and enhance program and organization operations,
- Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity,
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions,
- Provide day to day software support to key users for manufacturing operations and shop floor activities including problem solving and issue resolution,
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement,
- Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members,
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
- Multi-task effectively between projects,
- Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit and integration testing,
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends,
- Respect and comply with workplace safety and cleanliness rules,
- Perform other IT related tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Quality or related field,Ability to work with others and independently with minimal supervision for at least 6 months,Willingness to grow in knowledge base,Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI),Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Solid understanding of relational database technologies,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality,Ability to work in a fast-paces environment, prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and handle changing priorities,Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
