QUALIFICATIONS
BSc / BA in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering
3 – 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMGC industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Strength with strategic and analytical thinking skills combining with critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Flexible for traveling
Valid driving license is a must
JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking ownership of the Performance Materials Business Unit’s Account Management responsibility for Footwear Industry by maximizing strategic targets and further supporting the business within Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Georgia
Representing the company and introducing relevant products and concepts to customers to build long term partnership
Keeping existing market data up to date, acquiring new business opportunities and business partners
Expanding current sales through intensified relationship management, developing a foot-in-door position
Realizing active “Market Scouting” to broaden market knowledge and customer portfolio for new applications
Sharing responsibility with Technical Development (TD) team and conducting trials at respective accounts
