Responsibilities :

The main responsibilities of the position is to :

  • Dealing with customers request by responding in agreed service levels,
  • Organizing all transportation activities with related shipments.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service

Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • University Degree
  • At least 1 or 2 years operation experience of Ocean Freight in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics company
  • Excellent knowledge of the English- speaking and writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent relationship with suppliers.
  • Having analytical approach, being business & customer oriented
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
