What We Offer :

Net Salary : 42,000 TL (~860 EUR)

Attendance Bonus : 5,000 TL (if 100% shift compliance is maintained, valid until the end of 2025)

Quality Bonus : Up to 10% of net salary

Pluxee Card : 4,500 TL allowance

Private Health Insurance : Provided via Mapfre (employee only; family optional at extra cost)

Flexible Working Hours :

Weekdays between 09 : 00 20 : 00 CET (summer until 18 : 00, winter adds +1 hour)

Shift options : 09 : 0018 : 00 / 10 : 0019 : 00 / 11 : 0020 : 00 / 12 : 0021 : 00 / 13 : 0022 : 00

Your Responsibilities :

Conduct virtual recruitment for Imtron NL

Screen resumes, contact candidates, and coordinate interviews

Communicate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process

Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What Were Looking For :

Fluent in Dutch

Eligible to work in Turkey

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment
