About the Role :

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Virtual Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates virtually, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and engage candidates in Dutch for various roles.

Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.

Track and report recruitment metrics and candidate interactions accurately.

Requirements :

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in recruitment, virtual recruitment, or HR-related roles is preferred.

Ability to work within CET hours and flexible shifts as needed.

Compensation & Benefits :

Net Salary : 42,000 TL

Attendance Bonus : 5,000 TL (for 100% shift compliance, valid until end of 2025)

Quality Bonus : Up to 10% of net salary

Pluxee Card : 4,500 TL allowance
