Join our Team

The F&B Server works directly with the Room Service Manager responsible for takes reservations properly, welcoming and hosting guests, asks for aperatives and presents menus, takes care of special requests for dining experiences of the guests.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who possess

Key Knowledge

• Basic command of English language is optional.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage has required.
• Has to be self motivated employee who work efficiently alone.
• Knowledge of five star hotel standards & service techniques.
• Keeps the work area and pantries clean and organized.
• Able to lift the trays.

Key Functions

Works professionally, respectfully with co-workers, supervisors and managers within the hotel. Has to be a strong team player. Ensures to arrive on schedule following payroll & uniform procedures. Ensures to give perfect and positive service and provide clean environment to Four Season Hotel guests. Handles the hotel’s items properly in order to minimize the breakage. Handles hotel emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism. Set up, clear and clean room service tables, trays, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service. Ensure that guest’s corridors service landings are free from tray, and tables and debris. Keeps clean and organizes the whole work related area. Assist with delivery of food and beverage items to guest rooms. Clean and set up trays, tables and Room service stations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in F&B operations. A degree in a related field is preferred, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience.
