Guardian Glass is looking for a Business Development Manager in Istanbul to build strong customer relationships and generate demand for our innovative glass solutions. You’ll play a key role in influencing architectural and construction projects and expanding our presence in the Turkish market.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with direct customers, fostering loyalty and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in alignment company guidelines.
- Identify and drive opportunities in architectural and construction projects to get our Glass products specified.
- Build and strengthen robust connections with architects, designers, contractors, and developers to create demand.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to promote Guardian Glass solutions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Proficient in CRM systems and other digital tools.Based in Istanbul and willing to travel as needed.What Will Put You Ahead
