What you will do

At Renault Trucks Türkiye, we are looking for a Competence Development Manager to develop and oversee technical product training programs for both sales and service personnel within our dealer network. In this strategic role, you will lead our training initiatives, ensuring continuous competence development and operational excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Competence Development Manager , you will :

Design, develop, and implement the training framework for both commercial and technical product training for sales and service teams within the dealer network.

Ensure  the technical competence development of dealer network to meet Renault Trucks requirements.

Work proactively with dealer management to prioritize and deliver training according to agreed plans.

Maintain strong collaboration with the central competence development function to ensure training solutions are effectively rolled out across networks.

Prepare and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Evaluate the impact of training programs and drive continuous improvements.

Manage the training budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Lead and develop the training department team.

Establish strong communication and collaboration with dealerships and other departments.

Qualifications & Competencies :

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering and Automotive teaching , or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in training, development, or a related function, preferably within the heavy commercial vehicle or automotive industry , with the ability to build and inspire teams.

Expertise in designing and executing large-scale training strategies , ensuring business alignment and measurable impact.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills , with a strategic mindset.

Ability to engage and influence stakeholders , fostering collaboration across departments and dealership networks.

High level of business acumen , with the ability to manage training budgets and performance metrics effectively.

Proficiency in English , with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
