Network Development Manager-Istanbul

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

The Network Development Manager to support BYD passenger car dealer network development in respective markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting the country manager in defining & implement network plan in the assigned market to achieve the right size of the BYD network
• Mornitoring performance improvement growth process at POS and identify opportunities for improvement of dealer POS
• Assisting dealership and related contract / agreement negotiation
• Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
• Cross-functional teamwork
