As a Service Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding clients to maximize their use of cutting-edge software solutions, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and technical proficiency. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service, adept at troubleshooting, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Familiarity with Syrve software is a significant advantage.

Proficiency with PC or laptop setups to facilitate work.

Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable. (Especially as a manager or administrator who understands the inner workings of such establishments.)

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

Russian language skills are a strong plus.

Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
