  • Oversee and report on the entire procurement process of approved suppliers, from order to product delivery,
  • Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and manage purchasing operations accordingly,
  • Plan supplier visits and accompany relevant departments during evaluations,
  • Manage the workload distribution, rotation plans, and training needs of procurement staff and ensure necessary actions are taken by informing upper management,
  • Prepare and share supplier evaluation reports with management,
  • Monitor and evaluate new supplier developments within the industry,
  • Supervise leave and attendance processes of the procurement team,
  • Develop product- and supplier-based purchasing strategies,
  • Improve existing procurement processes through alternative approaches,
  • Manage international purchasing operations.

    • Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Engineering,
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role,
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, agile, and systematic mindset,
    • Curious, dynamic, and open to learning, innovation, and development,
    • Proficient in MS Office applications,
    • Holder of a valid driving license and actively driving,
    • No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
    • For male candidates, military service must be completed.
