Çalışanların tüm bordro / tahakkuk işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,

Puantaj ve PDKS kayıtları ile devamsızlık ve yıllık izinlerin takip edilmesi,

Personel özlük işleri kapsamındaki yasal süreçlerin yürütülmesi

SGK aylık prim hizmet belgeleri, iş kazaları, meslek hastalıkları gibi bildirim süreçleri,

Özlük dosyalarını takibi, düzenlenmesi,

başı Eğitim Programlarının takibi,

Tüm yasal bildirgelerin doğru ve zamanında yapılmasının sağlanması,

Çalışan işe giriş ve işten çıkış işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,

Resmi kurum ve kuruluşlarla yazışmaların gerçekleştirilmesi,

Çalışanların ücret, fazla mesai ve diğer tüm sosyal haklarının doğru ödenmesinin sağlanması ve değişikliklerin takibi,
