Short Intro and About the Job

Sütlü Ürünler ve Medical Beslenme İş Kollarımız İçin;

• Depolara giriş-çıkış yapan paletlerin takibini sağlamak, stok hareketlerini düzenli olarak kontrol etmek.
• Paletlerin sevkiyat süreçlerine bağlı olarak fatura oluşturma, kontrol etme ve palet lojistik partneri ile koordineli çalışmak. Müşteri iadelerinin sistemsel takibini yapmak, iade süreçlerinin hızlı ve doğru şekilde tamamlanmasını sağlamak.
• Operasyonel süreçlerle ilgili günlük / haftalık raporlar hazırlamak ve yönetime sunmak.
• Lojistik, depo, muhasebe ve müşteri hizmetleri gibi farklı departmanlarla etkili iletişim kurabilmek.
• Süreçlerde oluşabilecek aksaklıklara hızlı ve etkili çözümler üretebilmek.
• Fatura ve iade süreçlerinde hata payını en aza indirmek için dikkatli ve titiz çalışmak.
• Yoğun dönemlerde iş önceliklerini doğru belirleyerek süreçleri aksatmadan yürütebilmek.
• Ekip içinde uyumlu çalışarak ortak hedeflere katkı sağlamak.

About You

4 yıllık üniversite (İşletme,İktisat,Mühendislik mezunu olan

SAP kullanmayı bilen ve benzer pozisyonlarda (FMCG,Perakende) tecrübesi olan

Aynı anda birden fazla süreci (palet takibi, fatura, iade) yönetebilmeli, önceliklendirme yapabilen

Başladığı işi sonuçlandıran, süreçleri sahiplenen ve takibini bırakmayan

Farklı ekiplerle etkili ve çözüm odaklı iletişim kurabilen

Süreçlerdeki aksaklıkları analiz edebilen, veriyle çalışmaktan çekinmeyen ve raporlama yapabilen

Lüleburgaz'da ikamet eden

Operasyonel yoğunluklara ve değişen önceliklere hızlı adapte olabilen çalışma arkadaşı arıyoruz.
