Job Description
- Making necessary business and personal planning and coordination in line with the General Manager’s tasks and projects,
- Keeping the meeting notes of various meetings, preparing various reports, presentations, research, and providing support as requried,
- Assisting the General Manager to complete various tasks effectively and within strict deadlines,
- Proficient in various Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable universityAt least 2 years of experience in a multinational company and in a similar positionFluent verbal and written communication skills in both English & TurkishProject management and organizational improvement experienceGood listening and note taking skillsExcellent communicatorExcellent collaborator that can link various departmentsProfessional and discreteAdditional Information
