Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy robust AI models for key computer vision tasks, including object detection, image segmentation, video understanding, and image generation (e.g., GANs, diffusion models)
- Develop algorithms for detecting visual anomalies, inconsistencies, and manipulations—while documenting the designs for long-term maintainability
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in top-tier conferences and journals
- Optimize AI pipelines for efficiency and scalability across cloud and edge platforms
- Implement secure, high-performance solutions using C++ , Python , and modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Apply advanced model compression techniques (quantization, pruning, architecture search) for real-time or resource-constrained environments
- Perform robustness testing, adversarial evaluation, and model hardening for production readiness
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, and LLM teams to ensure seamless product integration
- Stay current with emerging trends in computer vision, machine learning, and multimodal AI (e.g., Vision-Language Models)
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related technical fieldMaster’s or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related area5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying computer vision and machine learning modelsAdvanced proficiency in Python and C++Strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlowDeep understanding of face recognition, object detection, segmentation and object tracking.Familiarity with generative models (GANs, diffusion models) and synthetic data generationStrong foundation in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and numerical methodsProficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing high-performance AI systemsExcellent collaboration and communication skills across interdisciplinary teams
