AI Transformation Strategist / Director

We are launching a company-wide business transformation journey with artificial intelligence—particularly generative AI—at its core. We’re seeking a high-energy, resourceful, and technically savvy AI Transformation Strategist to work directly with the CDO in designing and leading this journey.

In this pioneering role, you will join meetings across departments, listen carefully to business needs, and quickly evaluate whether AI can bring value—and if so, how. Your job is to act fast, think creatively, and help the business implement usable, real-life AI tools that make a difference.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who is curious, proactive, resilient, and able to connect technology with real business needs.

You will be one of the key players in bringing AI into daily business life, not as a big-bang project, but as a smart, iterative, and human-centric transformation. Your work will directly impact how thousands of employees use AI to work smarter, faster, and better.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CDO to lead the strategic discovery of AI transformation opportunities across departments.

Join business meetings to listen and assess : “How can this be solved with AI?”

Analyze business needs and opportunities and rapidly assess whether a need is best solved with AI agents, AI assistants, or conventional methods.

Design high-level solution architectures (preferably leveraging LLMs and MLOps practices) that align with business objectives.

Act as a “interpreter” between business and technology teams, ensuring both understand the "why" and the "how" of each solution.

Serve as a change agent, building internal trust and handling resistance across all levels—including executives.

Coach business domain leaders on how to embrace AI tools and make them part of daily workflows.

Proactively explore and experiment with Generative AI tools to create productivity-boosting agents.

Co-own projects with business subject-matter experts and AI technical leads in a “buddy model” collaboration.

Represent the AI transformation stream across internal forums, sometimes stepping in to explain or advocate for the change vision.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;
• Master’s degree or postgraduate specialization with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs) is highly preferred;
• Proven experience leading or contributing significantly to AI transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments;
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, AI agents, and their real-world applications across business functions;
• Ability to quickly grasp business problems, assess AI applicability, and design solution architectures accordingly;
• Resilient personality—able to manage pressure, navigate ambiguity, and maintain emotional composure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset : energetic, proactive, curious, and hands-on when needed.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders;
• Hands-on mindset : comfortable contributing to high-level AI solution design and occasionally collaborating closely with development teams;
• High learning agility, openness to experimentation, and resilience in the face of change and ambiguity;
• Experience with AI / ML tools, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and MLOps practices is a strong advantage.
