Position

This role will focus on leveraging the app data to optimize the efficiency of marketing campaigns and app features. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of statistical analysis and classical machine learning methods with a passion for applying them to real-world time-series forecasting problems.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and own machine learning models to predict LTV and churn for our subscription-based apps.
• Design and implement custom loss functions and evaluation metrics tailored to business objectives (e.g., ranking, calibration, cohort forecasting).
• Drive improvements in automation, maintainability, and reproducibility to support scale and cross-functional adoption of already existing ML models and pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with data, product, and marketing teams to uncover insights and ensure models drive action.
• Stay up to date with recent ML research, tools, and modeling approaches — and translate ideas from papers into practice.
