We seek for a dynamic '' Medical Sales Represantative  '' to join our team in Turkiye!

What you will do

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategies, including setting up and monitoring purchasing processes for responsible dealers, and managing the portfolio effectively.
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with sales and marketing goals, including reporting progress regularly.
  • Identify new customers based on regional market potential and sales analysis, and expand the portfolio accordingly.
  • Increase brand awareness by promoting responsible products to both new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate dealer management to ensure company service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met.
  • Provide solution-oriented results for dealer needs, requests, and suggestions.
  • Ensure effective stock control and management at sales points, and monitor the delivery process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and drive business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in Salesforce CRM, capturing daily activities and tracking progress.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional behavior and decorum when interacting with customers, colleagues, and representing the company at industry events.

What you bring

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university or equivalent.
  • Preferably certified in TCESIS Sales and Promotion and possess experience in Dealer Management and Medical Sales.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
  • Ideally reside on the Asian side of Istanbul.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with a valid Class B driver’s license and active driving skills.
  • For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
  • Personal competencies

  • High planning, organizational, and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
