HR Team Leader

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Coordinating the recruitment team and reporting all process of recruitment (Blue & White Collar)
• Coordinating, monitoring and reporting of Training and Development processes,
• Monitoring of employer branding and communication activities with the team,
• Preparing of monthly reports and presentations,
• Ensuring coordination of the team under his / her responsibility and monitoring of their development,
• Participating in meetings with global teams on training and development issues and following up actions,
• Providing support to HR projects carried out domestically and internationally,
• Participating in internal and external audit processes on matters within his / her responsibility,
