Job description
Amaris Consultiong is looking for a Driver Monitoring System Data Collection Staff for a laboratory has been established for the development of a Driver Monitoring System (DMS). In this laboratory, tests will be conducted to collect data from a participant group of 1000 individuals selected according to specific physical characteristics. This service contract covers the execution of test and data recording processes for the 1000 participants at the Driver Monitoring Laboratory.
Responsibilities :
Ensure laboratory devices are operational, perform maintenance, and conduct triage in case of malfunctions before notifying the relevant technical team
Perform daily calibration checks of laboratory setups and repeat calibrations weekly
Coordinate with the participant recruitment company to organize participant attendance according to the established schedule
Transfer all collected data to the designated final storage environments at specified intervals or when necessary
Prepare weekly brief reports on completed and planned tests
Inform participants about the testing procedures
Prepare necessary forms and documentation
Conduct head scans of participants using a 3D scanner
Execute tests and data recording following technical procedures
Guide participants according to relevant protocols
Complete test forms accurately
Report any inconsistencies or irregularities during tests
Verify the recorded data for accuracy
Archive all documents and forms related to the tests
Candidate Requirements :
No criminal record ; the service provider must be ready to present proof of this
Agree to and comply with a confidentiality agreement signed by the service provider
Preferably a graduate from technical departments of universities or vocational schools
Proficient in computer use and basic office software
Basic knowledge of electronics or hardware (ability to set up, connect, and maintain devices)
Careful and systematic in applying technical procedures
Knowledgeable about digital data processing and secure data transfer
Able to communicate effectively with the participant recruitment company and laboratory management
Possess social skills to communicate clearly, patiently, and guide participants
Competent in daily operations planning, troubleshooting, and reporting
Occupational Health and Safety Conditions :
All obligations under Turkish Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 will be fulfilled
The laboratory environment will be made safe from fire, electrical, mechanical, and ergonomic risks and regularly monitored
All devices will be maintained in a safe operational state; personnel will not intervene in malfunctions but notify authorized technical staff
In case of any workplace accident, Amaris's first aid, accident reporting, and emergency response procedures will be followed
