Advantis Conseils is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the new established subsidiary of Laboratoires SVR in Türkiye.

- Define and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned product category in alignment with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product success
- Manage pricing strategy and margin mix with relevant teams
Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and execute 360° marketing plans, including digital campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional strategies.Preparation of marketing plans, collaboration in budget planning and continuous supervision with regard to deviationsOversee product positioning, messaging, and storytelling to enhance brand visibility.Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, social media content, training guides) for internal and external stakeholders.Manage partnerships with KOLs, and influencers to promote brand awareness.Performance & Business Analysis :
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.Track ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust plans based on data-driven insights.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on product performance and market evolutionWork closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, digital, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of product launches and realization of marketing objectives.Coordinate with external agencies for the development of creative content and media campaigns.Plan and implement sales organization related part of the product introduction process (information management, documentation, trainings...) for the respective part of portfolioKeep sales and marketing team up-to-date with all product related issues, especially innovationsRequired qualifications
4 years’ university degreeMin 5 year experience in product management / brand developmentStrong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skillsGrowth mindset and results drivenInnovative, ambitious, and able to take initiativeExcellent communication skills in English, French is a plusAble to use MS Office applications at a good levelPlease apply by e-mail with the customized subject
