We are looking for a "Senior Product Designer" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What Makes You Special?

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in UI / UX design, with a strong focus on mobile (iOS, Android) and responsive web
• Advanced expertise in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
• Hands-on experience with user research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys) and data-driven design
• Strong knowledge of A / B testing, funnel analysis, and iterative design processes
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive / adaptive design principles
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and willingness to leverage AI in design workflows
• Ability to balance business goals with user needs, creating functional yet delightful experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with PMs, developers, and data analysts
• Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
